El testamento que se otorga escribiendo o haciendo escribir el testador su voluntad bajo cubierta sellada que no puede abrirse sin romperla y cuyo sobrescrito autorizan el notario y los testigos en la forma prescrita por la ley civil: testamento cerrado.
